Integrated Therapy Solutions (ITS) in Hawthorne, CA, seeks an Occupational Therapist to support children aged birth to 21, delivering personalized therapy within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an OT.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to make a real impact in each child's care plan.
• Work with other divisions of the organization on scheduling, referrals, and team cooperation to ensure a holistic approach.
• Work independently as a self-driven clinician while growing within the interdisciplinary team.
