ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions in California is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for its lively outpatient pediatric clinic. You will tailor each treatment to meet children’s unique needs and have the flexibility to influence your compensation plan while collaborating with a dynamic team of therapists.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
• 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics Preferred).
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to make a real impact in each child's care plan.
• Work with other divisions of the organization on scheduling, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a holistic approach to therapies.
• Work independently as a self-driven clinician while growing within the interdisciplinary team.

What You Will Need

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
