ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions in Hawthorne, CA is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to serve as a clinical supervisor. You will manage a caseload independently while leading a team of therapists to deliver best-in-class care for children from birth to 21 years old.

You will collaborate with a diverse group including physical, occupational, and developmental specialists to create tailored treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
• 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics Preferred).
• Must have a high level of communication, self-control, and enjoy working with others.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with children aged birth to 21 years.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and monitor treatment.
• Assist with scheduling and promote a holistic, whole-child approach to therapies.

What You Will Need
