Job summary

ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions seeks an experienced clinical supervisor (SLP) to lead therapy for children from birth to 21. You will conduct one-on-one sessions, tailor treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Based in Hawthorne, CA, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule with Monday–Friday hours 8 am–8 pm, growth opportunities, and an emphasis on whole-child care within a supportive, growth‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
• 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics preferred).
• Must have strong communication, self-control, and enjoy working with others.
• Willing to collaborate with other divisions for a "whole child" approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one SLP sessions for birth to 21 years.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tailor treatment plans.
