Job summary

Therapy Innovations is seeking a highly motivated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing, therapist-owned multidisciplinary practice serving children with a range of developmental and neurologic needs. You will help expand outpatient services, caregiver education, and community partnerships while delivering high-quality pediatric therapy.

In this role, you will work closely with occupational, speech-language, and feeding specialists to develop comprehensive, child-centered programs.

Qualifications

• Pediatric physical therapy experience with children.
• Strong clinical reasoning and willingness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric physical therapy to children with gross motor delays, gait and mobility needs.
• Collaborate with occupational, speech-language, and other disciplines to develop and grow programs.
• Educate caregivers and contribute to program development and community outreach.

We are a therapist-owned, multidisciplinary practice providing Occupational, Physical, Speech-Language, Feeding, and specialized consultation services. Our goal is not simply to provide therapy—we want to help children and families build skills that carry over into their everyday lives.

We are looking for a PT who wants to do great pediatric therapy and be part of what comes next. As we continue expanding our outpatient services, consultation programs, community partnerships, caregiver education, groups, camps, and other specialty programs, we are looking for therapists who want to help shape that growth.

Our Physical Therapists work with children with a wide variety of needs, including gross motor delays, weakness, balance and coordination difficulties, gait and mobility concerns, neurological and developmental conditions, and other challenges affecting a child's ability to safely and independently participate in everyday activities.
