The Physical Therapist at Bon Secours completes initial assessments and ongoing evaluations, delivering skilled interventions to patients in outpatient, inpatient, pediatric, and off-site settings within the care continuum.

Responsibilities include creating and updating treatment plans, providing direct therapy, maintaining accurate documentation in the EMR, and ensuring productive yet high-quality care while adhering to safety policies and supervising assistants as needed.

Qualificações

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice or eligible for traineeship/temporary license.
• BLS Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days for RSFH; preferred at hire for BSMH.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates patients and develops a treatment plan with goals and ongoing revisions.
• Provides direct therapy daily following the plan of care and standards.
• Maintains accurate patient records and progress in the EMR with timely co-signatures.
• Maintains productivity while delivering quality care and meeting standards.
• Follows department policies on safety, infection control, time off and timecards.
• Supervises physical therapist assistants and supports professional growth.
