Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across ages, developing a plan of care and adjusting it based on patient response and evidence.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers using effective teaching methods.
• Perform examinations and determine PT diagnoses and outcomes.
• Document in the EMR and communicate progress to referring providers.
• Ensure safe body mechanics and supervise or use support personnel per regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with the care team to discharge planning and follow-up as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree: Physical Therapy (Required)
