Job summary

Hale Nani Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Center in Honolulu, HI is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, design treatment plans, and guide rehab progress. You’ll work closely with nursing and therapy teams to optimize outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with staff to document progress, educate patients and families, and support residents in regaining independence and quality of life. Hawaii licensure or active PT program graduation is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Hawaii or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure
• Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program
• Experience in post acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Patient evaluation, exercise instruction, and pain management
• Develop individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals
• Provide equipment training and patient/family education
• Document patient progress accurately and on time
• Collaborate daily with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Support residents in regaining independence and quality of life

Compensation: Starting at $47–$60 per hour depending on licensure and experience

Schedule

• Full-time, Part-time, and PRN/On-Call shifts are available
