Location: Hale Nani Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Center, 1677 Pensacola St, Honolulu, HI 96822

Compensation: Starting at $47–$60 per hour depending on licensure and experience

Sign‑On Bonus: $7,500 available for full‑time new hires

Schedule:

• Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN/on‑call shifts available
• Flexible scheduling options – ask about specifics

What You’ll Do

• Patient evaluation, exercise instruction, and pain management
• Develop individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals
• Provide equipment training and patient/family education
• Document patient progress accurately and on time
• Collaborate daily with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Support residents in regaining independence and quality of life

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed in Hawaii or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure
• Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program
• Experience in post‑acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred
