Job summary

Hale Nani Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Center in Honolulu, HI seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) for PRN/on-call shifts. You will screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to drive patient progress and productivity.

• Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and develops treatment programs for patients as needed
• Designs effective OT treatment plans and goals to meet individual patient needs
• Collaborates and communicates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes
• Demonstrates ability and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time
• Applies effective problem-solving skills to support patient progress
• Performs other duties as assigned
