Job summary

Hale Nani Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Center in Honolulu, HI is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN/on-call shifts. You will screen, evaluate, and develop treatment programs, design treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

The role emphasizes productivity benchmarks, accurate documentation and billing, and delivering patient-centered care while supporting professional growth and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• OT licensure per state Board requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration for patient care
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and develop treatment programs for patients as needed
• Designs effective OT treatment plans and goals to meet individual patient needs
