Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy required and active license.
• Yearly maintenance of required CEUs.
• Experience level can vary; new graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Meet patient goals by assessing, planning, treating, and progressing through outcomes-driven PT.
• Deliver PT treatments including manual therapy, modalities, exercises, and training.
• Track outcomes and adjust care using PSFS and FOTO.
• Support discharge planning and home exercise programs.
• Document services, maintain confidentiality, and comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain equipment readiness and assist with staff development.
• Continue professional growth through workshops and professional societies.
• Supervise clinic assistants to ensure treatment quality.
