Qualifications

• Doctorate Physical Therapist Degree.
• Current Physical Therapist License.
• Yearly maintenance of required CEU’s.

Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret evaluations to determine PT treatment plans.
• Administer PT treatments and supervise aides.
• Develop discharge plans and home exercise programs.
• Document care in patient records.
• Maintain infection-control and safety procedures.
• Ensure operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Comply with relevant laws and professional requirements.
