Job summary

HealthActions seeks a caring Doctor of Physical Therapy to render excellent care to our patients in Alabama. This full-time role offers extensive hands-on training as well as ongoing mentoring in diverse assessment methods, with a starting salary of $90,000 and comprehensive benefits including more PTO and paid holidays.

You will meet patient goals by planning, treating, and progressing care, with opportunities to grow into lead or management roles within a supportive, lifelong-learning team.

Qualifications

• Doctorate Physical Therapist Degree required.
• Current Physical Therapist License required.
• Yearly maintenance of CEUs required.

Responsibilities

• Meet patient goals and provide quality care by assessing, planning, treating, and progressing patients through outcomes-driven PT.
• Deliver PT treatments including manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and specialized techniques as trained.
• Document services accurately and maintain confidentiality per regulatory requirements.
• Track outcomes and adjust care with specific measures such as PSFS and FOTO.
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care through home exercise programs and caregiver instruction.
