You will meet patient goals, deliver PT with manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, track outcomes, and support discharge planning with patient instruction. New graduates welcome; opportunities for leadership roles at several locations.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy with active license.
• Recent graduate considered; extensive hands-on training provided.
• CEU maintenance required annually.

Responsibilities

• Meet patient goals and provide quality care by assessing, planning, treating, and progressing patients through outcomes-driven PT.
• Deliver PT treatments including manual therapy, neuromuscular release, myofascial release, and therapeutic exercises.
• Track outcomes and adjust care using PSFS and FOTO.
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care with HEP design and instruction.
• Document services accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain equipment readiness through preventive maintenance.
• Continue professional growth through workshops and networks.
• Contribute to staff development through education and in-services.
