HealthActions seeks a caring DPT to help render excellent care to our patients in Alabama as a full-time Physical Therapist. We emphasize holistic care, ongoing mentoring, and paid training to support growth.

New graduates are encouraged to apply, with opportunities for lead or management paths. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a team across multiple locations in Alabama.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy and active PT license.
• Full-time availability with willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in Alabama across multiple locations.
• Commitment to holistic patient care.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, treat, and progress patients toward outcomes-driven PT.
• Develop PT plans with physicians or direct access.
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Document care, track outcomes with PSFS and FOTO.
• Support discharge planning and home exercise programs.
