Job summary

Confluent Health in Rhinelander, WI is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care, evaluating patients and creating individualized plans of care in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

You will provide one-to-one treatments, monitor progress, and adjust plans to achieve meaningful outcomes with access to mentorship and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in WI).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials . Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
