Job summary

Confluent Health in Eagle River, WI seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and provide one-on-one, hands-on treatment. You will monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve meaningful outcomes in a supportive environment.

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials . Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
