Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Wisconsin for a full-time role. You will evaluate patients, provide one-to-one care, and deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment while monitoring outcomes.

Eligible for a $15,000 bonus via sign-on and/or student loan repayment, with mentorship and career development opportunities. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $110,000 plus productivity incentives.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state WI).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care.
• Providing 1 to 1 patient care.
