Job summary

Confluent Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to deliver hands-on, patient-centered care. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and monitor progress to achieve meaningful outcomes within a supportive team.

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 plus productivity incentives, with student loan repayment, generous PTO, medical, dental, vision, disability, and a 4% 401(k) employer match. Relocation and differential pay may apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible to obtain WI licensure.
• Clinical passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
