• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Washington State PT license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve mobility and function.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare team members.

• Participate in staff education and present in-services to fellow therapists as needed.
• Contribute to the effective day-to-day operation of the rehabilitation department.
