Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist I for outpatient rehabilitation in Lewiston, ME. The role focuses on evidence-based, patient-centered care to restore function and mobility. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Current state Physical Therapy license required.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, mobility, and functional rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with hospital and regulatory standards.

Pay: $40.00-$50.01/hour Lewiston, Maine Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8-Hour Day Shifts Outpatient Physical Therapy

Responsibilities:

The Physical Therapist I delivers evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation services to restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and maximize independence. You'll collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized treatment plans that help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Pay Transparency: Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $40 .00 to $ 50.01 per hour.
