Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center is seeking New Graduate Physical Therapists for outpatient physical therapy in Lewiston, Maine. The role offers a Monday-Friday 8-hour day schedule with hospital-based outpatient rehab and opportunities to work alongside orthopedic surgeons to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/ Master/ Doctorate/ Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, mobility, and functional rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with hospital and regulatory standards.

Education

Pay Transparency: Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $40 .00 to $ 50.01 per hour.
