Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, ME is seeking a Physical Therapist I for outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. You will deliver evidence-based therapy, work with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and develop individualized plans to restore function and mobility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, mobility, and functional rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with hospital and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

The Physical Therapist I delivers evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation services to restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and maximize independence. You'll collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized treatment plans that help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
