Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine is hiring New Graduate Physical Therapists and encouraging experienced PTs to apply. The outpatient role features a weekday day shift, a 40.00–50.01 per hour pay range, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Expect mentorship and collaborative care with orthopedic specialists and a hospital-based rehab team. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating individualized plans, providing therapeutic exercise and manual therapy, and documenting progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, mobility, and functional rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with hospital and regulatory standards.

Education

Pay Transparency: Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $40 .00 to $ 50.01 per hour.
