Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist in Oklahoma City to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care. You will diagnose, design individualized treatment plans, and guide patients toward recovery with a focus on functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history.

Work alongside a PT/Clinic Director who is active in HYROX, CrossFit, and sports coverage throughout Oklahoma City, with access to a turf area and opportunities to get involved in sports and community events.

You’ll receive outstanding mentorship through an assigned clinical mentor, monthly learning labs, and a year-long professional development program, along with fully funded residency and fellowship opportunities and paid CE toward certifications. About

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 + productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
