Confluent Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for our Choctaw, OK outpatient clinic. You will review patient history, diagnose movement-related issues, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history and movement concerns.
• Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Developing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Outlining goals and expected outcomes for patients.
• Using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to manage pain and improve function.
• Recording patient progress and adjusting the plan of care as needed.
• Educating patients and families about the recovery process.

Responsibilities

• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury

• Educating patients and family members about the recovery process associated with physical therapy

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

About

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 + productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
