Job summary

Confluent Health in Oklahoma City's Midtown is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. You’ll be paired with a clinical mentor and participate in a year-long development program with monthly labs, plus funded residency and fellowship opportunities and paid CEU toward certifications.

We offer a competitive compensation range of $80,000–$95,000 plus productivity incentives, generous PTO, medical/dental/vision, and a 401(k) with a 4% match.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients medical history
• Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns

About

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 + productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
