Job summary

Physical Therapy Central in Lawton, OK is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist in outpatient orthopedics. You will review patients, diagnose by observation, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide recovery with manual therapy and exercises to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Licensure as Physical Therapist in Oklahoma.
• 1 year outpatient orthopedics experience preferred or new graduates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history.
• Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Developing individualized treatment plans.
• Outlining goals and expected outcomes of the plan.
• Using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to manage pain and mobility.
• Recording progress and modifying the plan of care as needed.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Oklahoma
• 1 Year Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, new graduates strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong Manual Therapy and Clinical Reasoning Skills.

• Truly enjoys the work of helping others, in an environment that is fun and rewarding.
• Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program, licensed or eligible for licensure in State of Oklahoma.

About

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 + productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
