Job summary

Physical Therapy Central Inc in Chickasha, OK is seeking a licensed PT to join our outpatient orthopedics team. We provide mentorship, professional development, flexible scheduling, and a year-long development program with monthly labs.

We offer residency, fellowship opportunities, paid CE toward certifications, and leadership development through PT Ville. Compensation ranges $80,000-$100,000 plus incentives, with robust benefits and a 4% 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma licensed Physical Therapist in good standing
• 1 year outpatient orthopedics experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply
• Strong Manual Therapy and Clinical Reasoning skills
• Desire to be part of a team emphasizing service-based excellence and lifelong learning
• Enjoy helping others in a fun and rewarding environment

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history
• Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients
• Outlining clear goals for patients and expected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to reduce pain and increase mobility
• Recording progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
• Educating patients and family members about the recovery process

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Oklahoma
• 1 Year Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, new graduates strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong Manual Therapy and Clinical Reasoning Skills.

Education:

• Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program, licensed or eligible for licensure in State of Oklahoma.

About

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 + productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
