Fitness Quest Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed physical therapist to join a therapist-driven culture that puts patient care first. You will join the Confluent Health family, with opportunities for clinical and leadership growth and access to nationally available continuing education and mentorship.

The role offers an up to $10k sign-on bonus and compensation in the $85k–$100k range, plus comprehensive benefits and a 4% employer match on 401(k).

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in the practice state.
• Demonstrates passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through history and examination.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care aligned with patient goals and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.

• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
