Job summary

ACCESS PT within the Confluent Health family is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to deliver individualized, evidence-based care in an outpatient orthopedic setting in New York. You will apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and develop goals aligned with each patient’s lifestyle and needs.

Deliver skilled interventions, track outcomes, and advocate for patients throughout recovery. Excellent mentorship, education opportunities, and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in the practice state.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction through history and exam.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

About

Compensation: $90K-95K + up to $3k Sign on Bonus. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
