Job summary

Fitness Quest PT in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. You will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care, using clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and design individualized plans of care.

We offer a competitive compensation package of $85,000–$100,000 plus a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, diverse career pathways, mentorship, and robust benefits through Confluent Health and affiliated brands.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Applying clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care reflecting each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.
