Confluent Health, in partnership with ACCESS PT, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic team in Middletown, NY. You will assess movement dysfunction, design individualized plans of care, and deliver interventions to optimize function and reduce pain.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).

Responsabilidades

• Assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting patient goals and needs.
• Deliver skilled interventions to improve function and reduce pain, including therapeutic exercise and manual therapy.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approaches based on progress.
• Advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

About

Compensation: $90K-95K + up to $3k Sign on Bonus. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
