Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Physical Therapist at the Tamarac Wellness Center in Fremont, MI. The role involves delivering therapy based on patient needs and medical direction, plus educating patients and caregivers and arranging adaptive equipment. This is a full‑time, day‑shift position with a 40‑hour work week.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Master's preferred) and MI state licensure. BLS certification within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program (Required).
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6 months of relevant experience preferred
• Licensure as Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan Upon Hire
• Driver's License for Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (AHA or ARC) within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
• Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.

• LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
