Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join the Rehab Fremont - Gerber Hosp team in Fremont, MI. The role provides therapy to patients based on medical direction and patient need, while educating patients and caregivers and arranging adaptive equipment as needed.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for external hires. The department operates on a day shift, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Preferred Master's Degree; 6 months of relevant experience.
• Preferred MI Physical Therapist license (STATE_MI).
• Upon Hire: Driver's License - STATE_MI.
• CRT-BLS (AHA) - 90 Days required.
• CRT-BLS - ARC 90 Days required.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
