Corewell Health in Rockford, MI is seeking a part-time physical therapy professional to provide patient-centered therapy under medical direction.

You will educate patients and caregivers and coordinate adaptive equipment as needed, contributing to a collaborative rehab team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Licensure as Physical Therapist in Michigan.
• Driver's license in Michigan preferred (Upon Hire).
• BLS certification required within 90 days (AHA or ARC).
