Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a Doctor of Physical Therapy for a Tallahassee area practice with 30+ years of experience. You will deliver evidence-based, 1:1 care in a supportive environment and build your clinical skills across orthopedics, sports rehab, vestibular, and neuro specialties.

Compensation includes a salary of $75,000-$100,000 with productivity incentives, up to $15,000 sign-on and up to $25,000 in student loan repayment; strong benefits, mentoring, PTO, 401(k) and career growth

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Current Florida PT license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history.
• Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person.
• Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility.
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed.
