Job summary

ProActive PT Specialists in Gresham, Oregon is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. You will assess movement dysfunction, develop evidence-based plans of care, and deliver skilled interventions to improve function and reduce pain.

We offer a $5K sign-on, student loan repayment up to $25K, generous PTO, medical/dental/vision, a 4% 401(k) match, and opportunities for residency and career growth within Confluent Health and affiliated brands.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapist license or be able to obtain licensure in WA.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

About

Compensation: $82K - $115K/year + $5K Sign on bonus, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
