Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) seeks a Physical Therapist for outpatient rehabilitation with mentorship and growth opportunities. You will collaborate with orthopedic physicians to optimize patient function and outcomes in a busy Chicagoland setting.

New grads welcome; the role offers clinical development, ongoing mentorship, and potential participation in the Orthopedic Residency Program with salary coverage while on a reduced schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for Illinois licensure.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and move throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician orders and perform comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Provide exceptional, evidence-based patient care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing compliance.
• Collaborate with IBJI physicians and staff.
• Supervise Rehabilitation Technicians and support staff.
• Maintain Illinois license and complete CEUs.
• Engage in mentoring and professional development.
• Other duties as assigned.
