Job summary

Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) is seeking Physical Therapists to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in the Chicagoland area. New grads welcomed with mentorship and a residency pathway, collaborating with orthopedic physicians to optimize patient outcomes.

We offer competitive compensation with a salary range of $83,000 to $110,000 annually, plus bonuses, profit sharing, and a $2,000 CEU allowance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Demonstrates good understanding of proper body mechanics for lifting, pulling, pushing.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds as needed; stand, sit, and move throughout the workday.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician orders and performs comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develops individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Provides evidence-based patient care and monitors progress.
• Establishes discharge plans and follow-up recommendations.
• Maintains clinical documentation and billing compliance.
• Collaborates with physicians and supervises Rehabilitation Technicians and staff.
• Maintains Illinois PT license and completes CEUs.
• Participates in professional development and community outreach.
