Job summary

ARC Physical Therapy+ is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care and support patient recovery. You will assess, plan, implement, and document treatments, collaborating with clinicians to ensure excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state license (Missouri) and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills including EMR, database software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results.
• Review the physician's referral and the patient’s condition to determine physical therapy treatment.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
