ARC Physical Therapy+ in Missouri is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team. You will deliver high-quality care and help patients recover, with mentors in the clinic and supportive colleagues.

You’ll assess patients, develop treatment plans, document progress, and coordinate with physicians and insurers. We offer a low-caseload environment (9–10 visits/day) and strong growth opportunities, including IGNITE mentorship and generous CE funding.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Missouri license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans.
• Review referrals and medical records to determine PT needs.
• Provide care per established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients.
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Develop goals and a comprehensive plan of care.
• Implement therapy treatments and adjust as needed.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation including notes and reports.
