You’ll manage low-to-moderate caseloads, participate in ARC IGNITE mentorship, and benefit from a strong benefits package including 401(k) and continuing education support.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Kansas license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills and knowledge including EMR, databases, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review the physician's referral and patient records to determine required physical therapy treatment.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals, and a comprehensive program to attain them.
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential therapies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes and reports.
