ARC Physical Therapy+ is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. You will deliver high-quality care, support patient recovery, and work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

You will assess, treat, document, and communicate with patients and caregivers, while benefiting from IGNITE mentorship, CE funding, and a collaborative clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Missouri PTA license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently in an autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing patients and initiating treatment plans.
• Review physician referrals and patient records to determine treatment.
• Deliver direct patient care under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Document findings, progress, and patient instructions.
• Maintain standards of care with rehabilitation staff.
• Contribute to care plans and goals based on evaluations.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Prepare daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
