Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Missouri license and CPR certification.
• Autonomous work style and efficient clinical performance.
• Proficiency with EMR and standard software tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans.
• Review referrals and patient records to determine PT needs.
• Provide direct patient care per established protocols.
• Document findings, progress, and patient instructions.
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Develop goals and a comprehensive plan of care.
• Implement PT treatments and ensure quality care.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation and reports.
