ARC Physical Therapy+ is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our Missouri clinics. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, assess patients, develop tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive team including mentors from leadership and the IGNITE program for new grads.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state Missouri license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including EMR system and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results.
• Review physician's referral and patient condition to determine required physical therapy treatment.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals, and create a comprehensive program.
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential treatments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies.
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
