Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care and rehabilitation services. You will help patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve quality of life with personalized therapy plans and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
