Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) in Concord, CA seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional care and rehabilitation services. You’ll assess patients, develop personalized plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to restore mobility and function.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state-regulatory requirements.
• Experience in ortho/ neuro/geriatric PT preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients to determine functional abilities, goals, and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using various therapies.
• Administer exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility and strength.
• Document progress, outcomes, and plan of care accurately.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members.
• Stay updated on PT techniques and integrate best practices.
