Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Albany Physical Therapy brand seek a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional rehabilitation care. You will conduct assessments, design personalized plans, and oversee treatment to improve mobility and reduce pain.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, leverage AI documentation tools, and participate in mentorship and ongoing clinical education to advance your expertise.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant state requirements.
• Strong clinical skills across orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and apply modalities and exercises.
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
